This patch registers save and scenario types with Launch Services and enables them to be opened by double-clicking from the Finder, and prevents conflicts

Additional comments about closing:  This is pretty cool (and I a macOS user), but given that 1. we don't have any macOS maintainer and 2. Apple are not afraid to break compatibility in OS upgrades, it can't be included as there is a fair chance it will cause macOS bugs in future, which reduces desire of core devs (I am not one) to continue supporting macOS. Thanks though.

...prevents conflicts with a quick look generator if other apps register the same extensions (
the quick look plugin could be built into OpenTTD (it works on Mac OS X 10.5 or newer) but I'm not sure how to integrate it into the build system
