The Welcome server experiences relatively frequently desyncs since 1.2.0-beta1

I gathered some data with debug_level desync=3:
The savegame was loaded on 17:23h on 8th January. First desync at 20:40h 8th January.
The timestamps of the desync_savegames should be accurate (only the initial savegame has a different one when I moved it there).

More data can be gathered, it also happens in the current game but needs some time to occur after a reload of the map (rough guestimate: ~>hour)

another desync from that game, seems trams cause it
