George opened the ticket and wrote:

"Skip" button in the train orders tab does not work for some trains. I press the button, but nothing happens.
train 402 for example.

If so, I'd say it all works as designed.

Order 6 is "skip to order 5".
So, of course "skip" does "nothing", since it skips to order 5 again immediately.

Either pause the game, or select the target order and ctrl+click "skip" to directly skip to another order.
