This patch fixes that it is possible to bypass the short name length checker of bananas Web UI.

The bypass can be made by putting a short name inside comments and then pass a short name from a variable to OpenTTD.

The patch does however, not improve bananas ability to find the short name if it is located in a global variable defined in a different file.
