I'm guessing this is an OTTD bug but just in case I am using:
OTTD r23815
FIRS r2701
and some other grf's (will supply if needed).
When I changed land level the foundation of the pit became funky. It was variable, sometimes the squares of the cursor showed, sometimes it was see through to other OTTD windows and others as seen in the screenshot. The effect changed (randomly?) with zooming.

The NewGRF defines that it has a callback to determine whether to disallow terraforming under the industry, however the callback fails so OpenTTD interprets it as the "disallow terraforming" callback not being there. As an effect is allows the terraforming.

As far as I can see this is a bug in the NewGRF.

'autoslope' was defined as cb 0x3B, should be 0x3C
