DetailsWithout wanting to add all stops to a train's orders I select point A and then point Z
I start Train 1 and it calls A, B, C... Z I start Train 2 shortly after and it calls A, E, S.... B This is not correct behaviour, is it? |

Automatic orders are just visual aids to see the route the vehicle takes. If the pathfinder decides that the route to Z is cheaper via E and S, then it will happily take that route, but when the traffic changes it can as happily decide the route via B and C is cheaper and take that.
So, which trains (train number) exactly are going wrong and when are they going wrong (game date)?
