Details

Since action14 supports potentially a version for a newgrf, it may be desirable for other newgrfs to obtain this version.

Possibly this could be obtained by reading another grf's parameter, defining a new, special parameter. Possibly 0x7F is not yet taken by any newgrf and could be used.
