Game freezes* for a second-two, when trying to build some rainforest-only industries in desert, close to slopes with peaks to the west. There shouldn't be any grassy are around. Also, it happens only in scenario editor, not in-game when funding an industry. *By "freezes", I mean nothing happens, no animation is displayed, and the in-game mouse cursor doesn't respond to mouse moves After a second-two, error message "Site unsuitable" pops up. I think it may be related to a level-land routine so that industries won't happen to be built on a slope. The industries are: Fruit Plantation, Rubber Plantation, Farm. In the other cases, the error message is being displayed instantly.

Additional comments about closing: The search for industry placement was doing, at the worst, 1001 consecutive tests.
Commit r7198 changed it for a circular search pattern
