load attached save and go to "look there" sign
when train is passing tunnel some pixels flashing under "v"
set 640x480 full screen for good view

ver: 0.7.1 without any newgrf. WinXP.
I think the bug is only above the NE-SW tunnel south-western entrance, no matter witch climate or NewGRF, or what is over the tunnel.
You can see some smoke and trains, but not the hole top of the train. It could be just the front(back) side of it.
The bug is in the road and also in the train tunnel's (normal,monorail,maglev) SW entrance.
I'm just playing and testing.. I can't fix this bug.
