Even with all transparency options on, some trees along urban roads don't become transparent. This makes it difficult to see one way road icons especially if there are a lot of trees.

See the attached screenshot. All transparency options are on yet the small trees still line the urban roads. The one way roads towards the top middle are hard to see because of the trees.

These trees should be made transparent when other trees are hidden or perhaps when buildings/town objects are hidden.

Reason for closing: Won't implement

Flyspray clean up: solution indicated by Smatz in comments, and issue is also more than 5 years old, so closing. If this offends, discuss with andythenorth in irc. Thanks.
