Flyspray clean up. RV overtaking is one set of complex, related issues. Most likely won't get solved, but I'm leaving the tasks open for now.

It would be great if the below could be implemented in the next release of OpenTTD:

1) Allow overtaking on bridges

2) Allow overtaking on 1-way bridges (if not one lane will always be empty)

It would also be awesome if it is possible for vehicles to use both lanes, that would be "revolutionary"..

Overtaking other road vehicles on drive-through stops (if possible)...and on road crossings too (if they wait cargo, or broken)
