Whenever a toyland game is running as multiplayer, any clients connecting will desync almost instantaneously after joining, unless the game is paused.
To reproduce:
start openttd, multiplayer, new game, random game, select toyland and generate a map
unpause the game
start a new openttd window, join the just-created game to get kicked with desync.
