Under certain circumstances, NTP seems to choose a random path (or not find any at all) as shown in the savegame below. I have no idea what causes this behaviour.

Maybe related to #184.

Additional comments about closing:  While this is a bug, it will not be fixed.
1) This is really an edge case which (almost), it only occurs when there is no junction in the network.
2) NTP has been replaced by YAPF in 0.5.0+
