FS#1240 - Fix for the actived not allowed station size widgets when unselecting the drag&drop

Since the newstations feature there is an annoying bug which cost one (or more) click to be resolved
I was meaning the station size, some station layouts don't allow to select less than 2 tracks or more than 1 length (or both or other sizes), this is not a critical bug because it doesn't make the game crash, and generates an error popup when you are trying to place the station
But why not automatically select the first allowed size if the current is not allowed?
