The buses just goes around and around on a path, and switch between going to a depot and a bus stop. They will never reach any destination.

Here's a screenshot after the problem where I fixed it by building a new path (marked in purple)... the path where they just go around is marked in read.

Save game is attached (save is from before I made the new path).

Reported version: 0.4.7
Operating system: Windows

I just tried r4276 (that's what the file name said) or r4277 (that's what it said in game), and that particular route seems to work now. However, if you just go a little left till you find Nårrkulle Transfer, you'll see some buses which belong to purple going around and around and around....
It seems the buses wants to go to the depot, why do they keep forgetting it and then suddenly remembering it again? Or I dunno what's wrong, but something is wrong ;)

Configs are attached from both 0.47 and r4276.

This problem occurs with the old pathfinder only. More investigation required.

Did more research:

  1. When a vehicle needs servicing, it keeps finding a depot over and over and over. Not only do I fail to see the sense in that, it also doesn't improve performance a lot.
  2. FollowTrack does NOT always return the closest depot. during the "loop", the FollowTrack finds a depot much further away.
  3. Using the 0x1000 flag to FollowTrack solves the problem (although I have not enough idea what it does)
