Don't know what triggers it, it seems to me that it occurs right when the date is about to change and it triggers more often when I don't do anything and just let the game flow. I attached a save in which it happens on March, 7th (at least it did when I last played it). Couldn't find any crash.log or crash.dmp file though, so I hope this will be enough.
