Re-naming auto-saves to something more appropriate would have made life easier. Somehow you ended up with the wrong one (it was an autosave).

Ok, try the newly attached save. San Luis Heliport is what you're looking for this time. Same bug. THe common factor is that they both have helicopters.
Oh, and using the planeset grf.
