Since "/" is not valid part of file name and directory "QN" does not happen to exist in the savegame directory, saving failed when I just pressed save.

I think all "funny" characters like : / * and ? from company name should be autoreplaced (by underscore for example) when offering name of the save game
Sure, I can invent other name (actually, I have to invent other name), but this prevents me from simply pressing the "Save" button.
