To Reproduce:

  1. Build a bridge.
  2. Build a railway track below the bridge.
  3. Place the signal on that piece of railway track.
    BUG: The signal is drawn over the bridge deck.

Tested with:
Railway - All 8 bridge types (works)
Electrified Rail - All 8 bridge types (works)
Can infer that Monorail/Maglev works also.

Suggested Fix: Reorder the signal and bridge draw functions so that the signal is below the bridge, like In Real Life.

Happens only for taller signals (pre-signals, PBS, semaphores). Original signals are shorter and don't fail to clip.
