This patch integrates a tool into OpenTTD build system for generating KDevelop 4 project files. The tool is similar to the one that generates MSVC projects. It can be used directly or with 'make'. Requires 'sh' shell.

Usage through 'make':

make kdev

Direct usage:

./kdevelop/generate [PROJECT_NAME|-h|--help]

PROJECT_NAME is the name of the project that will be displayed in KDevelop.
Before executing, cd into OpenTTD folder and run ./configure script.

-h, --help
print help and exit

Alternatively to the 'kdev-gen.diff' patch, you can use a bundled script 'kdev-gen' which is attached too.

I added the generation script with some modified filters.
The filters could possibly also be generated from .gitignore/.hgignore, but that may not be worth the effort; it may also require converting the script to python.

I don't think a "make" target would fit the rest of the projects. "make" should probably be minimal, since it is also shipped with distros...
