mb opened the ticket and wrote:

For custom cargo, "total cargo capacity" is given in "tonnes", not in the cargo´s unit. I.e., for "coffee", it should read "15 sacks of coffee (15 sacks)", like it is done for every other standard cargo, see pic.

By coincidence, in FIRS one sack of coffee weighs one tonne, but for other cargo this might not be the case, resulting in inconsistent numbers for "total cargo capacity" and "weight" (line 2).
