PERSONAL_DIR is hidden in directory listing of load dialog in Unix #652

stepancheg opened the ticket and wrote:

If PERSONAL_DIR is defined as .openttd (starts with dot), it shoud be shown in directory listing in the load game dialog. Currently it is not shown because files started with dot are treated as hidden in Unix.

Attached patch fixes that.
