Please change higlighted option (passengers, etc.) from switch to ratio.

I have connected train station with airport. I have this schema:
- A, B, C on one line
- A - train station and airport
- B - train station
- C - train station and airport

In the long time is aircraft in red numbers because passenger returns on this way: BAC. I can not use aircraft for this. It is problem with cargo distribution. My opinion is that ratio in this option partially solves this problem.

Or, if passenger uses long-way vehicle then he uses other vehicles with max. 20 % way of long-way vehicle (Max. profit for aircrafts).

The whole point of cargo-dist is that you lose control where the passenger go, and how they go. It's part of the challenge to adapt the network to their wishes.

It looks like the main problem is that you don't provide enough capacity to move all passengers directly, so they try to find other routes. If there is a traffic jam, people will drive around it even if it means a longer road.

This ideally needs a comment from fonsinchen, but my guess is that having a ratio of 'manual' and 'controlled by cdist' is:
(a) simply not possible with cdist
(b) won't get any kind of desirable result if it is possible, there will be contention when loading vehicles. Which waiting cargo should be loaded? The cargo that has next hop assigned? Or the cargo that has no next hop assigned?

Not sure I grasp the problem entirely. But to me it looks like setting the ratio of where people go manually basically is not much different to playing without cargodist

Reason for closing: Won't implement

Unable to understand how this could work. Three people looked at it, if we're all misunderstanding, discuss on irc and I might re-open.

Flyspray clean up. No obvious way forward for this one, so closing. Thanks :)
