Normally, after a short time, trains reverse at signals.
It is however possible to deactivate this behavior, either by setting 'wait_oneway_signal' and 'wait_twoway_signal' to 255 in openttd.cfg, or (in recent OTTD versions) by setting the 'Automatic reversing at signals' parameter to OFF.
Most of the time it works, except in one particular case: when trains are waiting opposite a 2-way block signal: the last train coming reverses in front of the occupied signal (see 'Reversing at signal.sav')
'Automatic reversing' is OFF, and both waiting times are set to 255. The train should not be able to reverse.
Or maybe this is an exception, implemented to avoid deadlocks?
