Why is it wrong that vehicles bring their cargo to the sawmill?

Also, we'll need a savegame for this, do you still have it?

My first guess is that you have "unload unconditionally" orders in your vehicles, which means they always will unload, no matter what.
If you don't want this, don't use those orders.
