mrP opened the ticket and wrote:

When panning with mouse using right click the user can only pan a certain area. Trying to go outside this area will lock the mouse. Almost like being locked in a square rectangle. When user release right mouse button the mouse pointer will jump away to the direction the user was panning. This do not happen in OpenTTD 1.5.0 Beta 1.
