HGA opened the ticket and wrote:

I recognized, that in some cases some Trains have to wait for a Long time in the front of a Signal.
Sometimes it helps to press the return button.
But somen even that will not result in a green Signal, even if definetely a free available.

In this cases the only, which I fugured out, ist to cut a piece of rail and then build it again.

I will attach a save game. A second one would be also available, but it would exceed the 8 MB.

My Feeling is, that when a train a longer time for an free way, it will be put in a Kind of waiting Loop and other Trains have a higher priority.
And if this Train is too Long in this waiting Loop, it will never come back and has to wait for ever.
