As described in detail in the forums: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=71238, and possibly http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=71248

I have a train trying load Eng. Sup. from a feeder station, and the station shows 140 crates available, but the train is refusing to load them (it only loaded 1% = 1 crate). Any idea why that happenend? New deliveries of ENSP to the station get loaded onto the train just fine, but the earlier ones for some reason don't.
If I change the Ship from auto-refit at station to refit at dock, the problem seems to go away.

Attaching a save game for possible debugging.
This task depends upon

Also, while the cargo is being stuck at the transfer stations and no train can load them, the weird part is that if I change the orders for the ship that delivers ENSP to load them back, instead of Metal, it does it just fine, and upon transferring back, the train is able to load them.

Another cross-linking to the forums with the same problem and one post having a few save games attached to it - http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70854

http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=71248 is a different and well known problem. This here is characterized by the fact that the cargo on unloading gets a next hop assigned, even though cargodist is switched off. It wants to go back to the place the ships come from, Seattle Transfer Port.

Downloaded the latest nightly r26903 and looks like the problem still exists. :(
If you look at Belfast Factories station, it has 58 crates of ES transferred from Belfast Ind. Park station, but it is refusing to load to the train that has orders to Full Load with Refit to Eng. Sup.

It fails to refit now.

You have recently switched the orders to autorefit. The trains are still following the old orders. They will only switch to the new ones once they advance to the next order for the first time after the change. That may be a bug, but it's not this one.
