RBC opened the ticket and wrote:

A train (electric rail) with more than ~161.517 HP has very slow acceleration. I.e. 2 km/h after some ingame days. This behavior stays until ~ 324.453 HP and occurs again from ~486.680 HP upwards.
These values are randomly distibuted around the critical values due to fixed numbers of the used trains.

PS: It is possilbe to get a train with more than 1.000.000 HP with a length of 64 tiles with the new 2ccts in nml
