I have a 4k resolution display and use the ui scaling feature of win8.1.

When i have openttd running in window mode and set the resolution to 1920x1200 it is not 1920x1200 big. It is more or less 2880pixel wide.

I have set the ui scaling to 150% which fits perfectly with the resolution issue.

From other games i do except the following behaviour: Ignore UI scaling from Win8.1 or apply it only to the hud.

OpenTTD is not even aware of UI scaling, so we effectively ignore the UI scaling. If something is happening scaling wise, then it is Windows doing that on its own.
