Restricts the list below showing only changed settings

This is not entirely correct, as some selections such as "Basic" or "Advanced" have nothing to do with whether or not those settings are changed. Thus the tooltip should be changed to something like:

Restricts the list below showing a more limited selection (such as settings you've changed or basic settings only)
