Entering fullscreen uses the current window size. This causes problems if you resize the window on the desktop as you are now unable to enter fullscreen mode until you choose a valid resolution in the game options. This is even more frustraiting if the resolution you use isn't displayed in the list as you now have to quit the game.

The solution is to seperate the fullscreen resolution from the windowed size and change the resolution setting in the game options to affect the resolution used when entering fullscreen and not the windowed resolution (to change this the user can simply resize the window by dragging).

Reason for closing:  Won't implement
Additional comments about closing:  Mass closure of patch tickets with no commentary for >5 years. Goal is to reduce patch queue as an experiment to see if it aids faster reviewing and rejection/acceptance (it may not). If this offends you and the patch is maintained and compiles with current trunk, discuss with andythenorth in irc. (andythenorth has no ability to review patches but can re-open tickets).
