When placing a station and the mouse is hovering over the bottom part of the rail station selection window to a tile that has a different acceptance/supply than the tile the mouse pointer was coming from, the window will keep switching sizes.

Steps to reproduce:
1 Open the attached sav.
2 Open the railway station construction menu and move the screen so the bottom of the selection window aligns with the town center tile (like in the attached screenshot# 1).
3 Now move the mouse to the tile below, and back up to the town center, and at some point the selection menu will start switching sizes, and flicker if you keep the pointer at the right point between the 2 tiles.
The attached screens show the 2 states between it switches.
