The patch adds the option of using specified DirectMusic port. The port is specified in the config file as:

musicdriver = "dmusic:port=3"

When driver debug is activated, the list of valid DirectMusic ports is printed in the console.
Unfortunately using Vista MIDI, selecting MIDI Mapper port and using win32 openttd driver does not work for me so this is the only way I can use Soundfonts with my SB Audigy.
