Transportman opened the ticket and wrote:

When a station has a track that consists of 1 platform with 2 tracktypes, a train only considers the first tracktype it reaches, not considering the rest of the station with the other track.

In the attached save both trains are identical, only difference is that one of the 2 tracks has a platform that consists of 2 track types.

It only happens when there is a NewGRF that contains a train which has properties that depend on the tracklabel, as the default vehicles are not affected when no train GRF is loaded, but are affected when the Dutch Train Set does not disable them. It also doesn't happen with NuTracks 1.1.2 + Dutch Trainset, as the trainset then detects that the properties should not depend on the tracklabels.

I have limited it a bit, it only happens when the station has a Standard Rail followed by HSL or Betuweroute rail. The train then stops at the transition and turns around, while it runs fine on both tracks when the transition is not in a station.

This looks like a bug in the Dutch Trackset, not OTTD. It doesn't look like it's been touched in BaNaNaS since transportman's first release. Please post your report to http://dev.openttdcoop.org/projects/dutchtracks/, as per the NewGRF Readme.

Thanks for this. There's been no activity on this for some time, and as it stands, it doesn't look likely that it will go any further. I'm closing it as we try to keep the issue count low for OpenTTD, it helps us focus on things that are important and fun. Feel free to discuss in irc or request re-opening if you disagree. Thanks for contributing!
