Zuu opened the ticket and wrote:

Currently, to change GS setting in game, you have to direct users to the AI Debug window and explain to them how that window works.

What this patch does is that it tweaks the AI/GS config window (available from the setting menu) so that users can edit GS settings in a running game. (of course only those settings that are marked as editable by the GS author)

This patch doesn't add anything new, it only makes it more discoverable for non-AI/GS-developers that GS settings can be changed in games.
