Transportman opened the ticket and wrote:

Using r25033 on W7 64 bits with 64 bits OpenTTD.

When building a path signal on a piece of track with a train already on it, the signal keeps showing green while it should show red. It does function properly for the rest, only the graphical state is incorrect until the next train passes the signal.

Attached save is an example, the signal has been build while the train was on that piece of track.
