The NewGRF supply the naming of the class or model itself. It would be very confusing if it differed between vehicles. Callback 14D is for houses. Those cannot be build by players, thus the game can provide individual names.

Reason for closing: Won't implement

IMHO, use a new ID if the vehicle needs a new name.
