I'm a new OpenTTD player and I was playing a multiplayer LAN game with 2 friends (we were addicted to the game immediately). However, the game freezes (hangs) at 12 Oct 2042 and CPU usage shoots up to 100%. Reloading the save file reproduces this behavior every time. I've attached the save file, but don't know where the crash dump files are located. I performed a file search for "crash.log" and "crash.dmp" but no results were found, so I assume they were not created.
We were able to reproduce the freeze on all 3 of our computers, one running Win 7 64-bit and the other 2 running XP 32-bit SP3. I wasn't using any AI or custom content (not that I'm aware of, anyway). Attached is the savegame which begins at 3 Oct. Fast-forwarding (or waiting) until 12 Oct should reproduce the behavior. Version 1.2.3.
