When dragging vehicles around in a depot, the availability of the "Auto-refit" button in the orders window is not refreshed. The orders window must be closed and reopened to make the Auto-refit button available.

See attached screenshot. Train 2 was built and given orders before the wagons were attached. Even after attaching the wagons, Auto-refit is not available.
