frosch opened the ticket and wrote:

You can add tram to a road bridge by clicking with the tram-tool on the outer halftile of the bridgehead.
It does not work for the inner halftile.

Removing tram/road from a bridge works on both half tiles.

Addtionally, adding tram/road should also be possible by overbuilding a bridge with the bridge tool.
