I have installed 1.2.0-RC4 on Linux. I have attached my current openttd.cfg, a recently self-created scenario, and a savegame derived by playing that scenario and immediately saving.

In openttd.cfg, and in the Advanced Settings GUI in the Scenario Editor and in the Main Menu, Autorenew is on, with some options I've chosen; and Maintenance intervals are in percents, again with some custom options. When I actually play the scenario, though, these settings seem to have assumed default values: autorenew off, intervals in days, etc. This is especially annoying since I've set some maintenance intervals by editing openttd.cfg externally; which are not available in the ingame GUI.

No other settings appear to be affected.
