Bassals opened the ticket and wrote:

I start any new game with town names in Catalan, then I save the game. If I try to load it I get a red window with the message "Invalid town name generator". This error does not appear if I use English town names in the new game, so probably it's a problem of the Catalan language town name generator. I am using OpenTTD r23401 for Windows-win32.

If you need a Catalan-speaker to recreate the Catalan names generator I might help.
