Because the server itself has no NetworkClientSocket the servers NetworkClientInfo is not sent to admins, even when polling for id 1 (CLIENT_ID_SERVER).
In a simple case, this means that the id of the server is totally unknown to admins, and therefore cannot extend the id to the client name of the server, or get hold of further information (e.g. in a non-dedicated environment).

The attached patch address this problem, and makes sure one can transmit NetworkClientInfo without the need of NetworkClientSocket details.
