adf88 opened the ticket and wrote:

When adding new road type to an existing bridge or tunnel, the costs is halved.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build a road bridge
  2. Add tram tracks to the bridge, note the cost
  3. Build (somewhere else) a tram track as long as the bridge, note the cost
    The second cost as twice big as the first one.
