See the sign named !bug. At that one way pbs, trains stop before making a decision, even if the coast is clear. I've been told this isn't working as intended.
This is not a bug. For whatever reason the setting pf.path_backoff_interval is
set to 255 in your savegame. This disables any kind of path lookahead and can
cause your trains to get stuck at path signals.
Never set pf.path_backoff_interval to 255 unless you aren't using any path
signals at all.
