If you are playing inside AI's company and somebody buys 100% shares and merge with you, it is expected that property will be merged and you will get inside buyer's company. Instead, property is merged, but you stays in old half-existing half-bankrupt invisible company without any property.

You company is not visible in companies' list and if new company starts in the same slot at you, then you wont play inside it, instead there will be 2 separate companies, 1 real and 1 invisible.
