Details

The attached patch (apply with -p1) adds support for a cycle signal type and conversion toggle hotkey to the signal GUI. The cycle_signal_type also follows the advanced setting.

Reason for closing:  Won't implement
Additional comments about closing:  Mass closure of patch tickets with no commentary for >5 years. Goal is to reduce patch queue as an experiment to see if it aids faster reviewing and rejection/acceptance (it may not). If this offends you and the patch is maintained and compiles with current trunk, discuss with andythenorth in irc. (andythenorth has no ability to review patches but can re-open tickets).

This is such a great idea that I had already coded the simple convert signal hotkey myself. It would be great if this was included for the heaviest signal users. If you prefer, I have a version that implements the hotkeys more like the main rail toolbar. So signal cycling is a widget enum in onclick, and then the key events relay through there.
