Fixer opened the ticket and wrote:

Crash with "Assertion failed at line 284 of X:\openttd\compile\src\core\smallvex_type.hpp: index < this->items"

How to reproduce:

Find the server with custom grf (so grf setting window will be available). Restart Openttd and open Network window, you will see only that server in the list (don't click on anything!), press "grf settings", click on random grf from the list and press "Arrow up" on your keyboard. Crash happens exactly after that.
