adf88 opened the ticket and wrote:

When starting a new server from GUI there is a dropdown to choose the language spoken. Languages are supposed to be sorted alphabetically. But wrong range is passed to the QSortT ending up with improperly sorted list - the last item stays unsorted and the "any" item is not preserved at the top.

Patch provided (r21917).
